I think that it gets the creepyness point across, but I feel like there should be more body in the back. It seems like the skull hand and stuff in the back is coming from no where. Nice shading though, and good use of placement. It almost split the page in half... but then the skull in the bottom left kind of forms it into bring the eye in a more round about the page pattern.
